Last year I was getting frustrated trying to buy the seats I wanted at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas to attend the National Finals Rodeo. Then I heard that some folks sell their tickets because, for whatever reason, they cannot attend. They sell their seats through a web site that purchases them for resale. The nfr-rodeo.com has plenty of good seating options available at really good prices and everything is on the up and up so I won’t worry about getting stung when I walk in the door in Las Vegas.
The National Finals Rodeo is held each year in beautiful Las Vegas, Nevada and has a long history (fifty two years in 2010) of being the show place for top rodeo action in the U.S.
This year the event will be held between December 2nd and 11th and if you have never been this is the year to make plans to attend. It only gets bigger and the action hotter with each passing year. Rodeo is older than dirt but is never a boring sport. From the thrill and danger of bull riding, to the challenging team roping competition, entertainment is the name of the game. And at the Thomas & Mack Center there is no such thing as a bad seat!
I don’t think I could live without my iphone! It is with me 24/7, providing me with email access and keeping my days organized with my contact list and calendar of stuff “to do”. When I’m at work I would love to access my mailbox and contacts without needing to be at my computer and when I found www.cortado.com, I knew I’d found the answer to my dilemma. I simply went to www.cortado.mobi/exchangeforiphone and took advantage of a 30 day free trial offer of a Hosted Exchange. The iphone, hosted exchange program has much to offer to iphone owners. Easy instructions guided me and the 30 day free trial is appreciated. A two GB mailbox, based on the Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, online access through Outlook Web Access, synchronization of all my contacts, email, and appointments, now makes life so much easier for me. Along with the ability to keep my email address and spam plus virus filters, I love my iphone even more now.

When we travel, what do we look for in our hotel room? A nice comfortable bed, hot water in the bathroom, good view from the room and yes of course, decent room service. However, when some of the world’s wealthiest travel, their demands can be a bit more, uumm, outrageous. Rooms spanning entire floors of the hotel, private elevators which takes you directly to your room, a butler and private gyms and pools are just some of the demands which need to be catered to when dealing with the rich and the wealthy.
Case in point being, The Imperial suite at the President Wilson hotel. Though the suite has four bathrooms, a billiards table in the main hall and can seat 26 people in the dining area it costs a whopping $23,000 per night. Other outrageous hotel suites are the Atlantis Bridge Suite at The Atlantis which costs $25,000 per night and the Hugh Hefner Sky Villa at the Palms Casino Resort which costs a staggering $40,000 per night.
Europe is one of the most popular tourist’s destinations in the world; France alone attracts close to 80 million tourists in a year and is the world’s top tourist destination. The Boeing 747 has long been the highest capacity commercial airliner. It was nicknamed ‘Jumbo Jet’ for its size. Many commercial airliners employ a fleet of the Jumbo Jets. However, the Jumbo Jet has been dethroned by the arrival of Airbus A380, nicknamed ‘Super Jumbo’. The A380 can accommodate 535 passengers in the three-class distribution and 853 people in all economy class setting. It is a very new entrant in the aviation scene so the number of A380s flying at present are few, however many are in the process of delivery.
The maiden take-off of A380 was from Toulouse, France. The first commercial flight was from Singapore to Sydney with Singapore Airline. Subsequently other airline operators started operation of the A380. Currently only Singapore Airlines, Emirates, Qantas and Air France operate these airplanes. If you plan to fly with one of these operators, you might be lucky enough to fly a Super Jumbo!
Mt Everest, the highest mountain in the world, is a great attraction for both tourists as well as trekkers. The preferred approach to the mountain is from the Nepal side.
The mountain, though the highest, is not the most difficult one to climb. Mt K2 and Nanga Parbat, shorter than Mt Everest are much more difficult to climb. Till date, 2700 people have climbed Everest. The mountain has claimed life of 210 people. Altitude sickness, high wind and bad weather conditions are some of the challenges for the climber.
For most amateur trekkers, the base camp of Everest is the attainable destination. With the help of Sherpas, however, the courageous novices can scale the height of Everest. Most people need oxygen masks as the air gets pretty thin after a height. The permit for climbing Mt Everest can be obtained for about $25,000.
